I am fighting something germy. A cold or something. Nothing exciting. (Please, nothing exciting!) I will go ahead and state for the record: juice with Echinacea in it is sort of gross.
So, here’s something else to talk about: are you doing NaNoWriMo this year? How about NaBloPoMo (for November)? NaSomethingElseMo? Do tell.

I make no promises about nablopomo. But I will be writing a novel soon!
hahahahahahaha
I take that to be a serious comment followed by a triumphant, “I’m-taking-over-the-world-now”-style laugh.
We’re fighting germies too. I think we’re losing. Or maybe our immune system is winning, you know, in terms of gaining new immunities? We try to think positively. And on that note, sure I’ll do NaBloPoMo again! Why not? Of course, I’m listening to kids cough for three hours every night (again) and would agree to just about anything if it meant I didn’t have to really think about it.
Oh good. I love reading new stuff on your blog!
Yeah, I was just thinking about NaBloPoMo. I’ll be there!
Yes, I’m NaNoing this year. I failed for the first time the first year Sophie was outside my body, and have yet to reattempt since then, but I have too many students who are so ready to take on novel-writing. I must set a good example for them! Also, I think I might actually have time to write (before I only could if Sophie was asleep, then she was attached to me, nursing, and it was hard to type like that, and the clicking made her restless). Maybe we can do some mama-nano write ins or just general cheering-on of each other!
Aelinn: woohoo!
Leanne: Yay! Cheering on at the very least. I like the idea of write-ins, though I have no idea how to work the logistics…
YES! Sarah and I have decided to do NaBloPoMo. Is it cheating if there’s two of us on one blog? Thanks for the reminder; it had slipped off of my radar screen!
Totally not cheating. If you give us a new post to read every day, it counts. (Not that I’m in charge or anything, that’s just what I think.) Hooray for lots of posts!
