You know how sometimes sunlight streams in through the window, making the room look all warm and inviting?
I hate how it illuminates every speck of dust in the air.
Whenever Peanut sees the dust motes in a sunbeam, he freaks out and starts yelling “BUUUGGGS! AAAAAAAhhhhhhh! Bugs! BUUUGGS!”
yeah, but you know, rupert brooke included it in his poem, ‘the great lover’
‘These i have loved: white plates and cups, clean gleaming, ringed with blue lines, and the feathery faery dust’
so if you can write a poem about it, it can’t be all bad – eh?
